Create or access your account, browse products, add items to your basket, select your delivery address, choose a payment method and confirm the order.
Where does Bigg Bazaar deliver?
We deliver to supported areas in Malta. Delivery availability, charges and estimated time are shown during checkout based on your address.
What payment methods are available?
Available payment options are displayed at checkout. These may include online card payment, digital payment methods and Cash on Delivery where offered.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact customer support immediately. Changes may be possible before preparation begins, but they cannot be guaranteed once packing or delivery has started.
What happens when an item is out of stock?
Depending on your preference, we may offer a similar substitute, remove the unavailable item or arrange a refund for that item.
Can I request no substitutions?

How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is shown when ordering. Actual timing may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume or operational conditions.
What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?
Contact customer support as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, item details and photographs where relevant.
Can I cancel my order?

Do you sell age-restricted products?
Where such products are legally available, proof of age may be required at delivery. Delivery may be refused without valid identification.
